A Change Would Do You Good

I have logged my food intake in an app for years. I'm not always consistent and I'm rarely perfect for more than a few days at a time. I check in daily with my body weight scale and make adjustments as needed to feel my best both physically and mentally. It's a lot of work. I also can't image living my life any other way.
For those of you who have known me for a very long time, I'm looking at you friends from Elementary, Middle and High School, you may remember me as being overweight and not athletic. I played a tenor saxophone in the band. It wasn't until I was in my early 20s that I took charge of my health. I'll always remember how it felt to lose 50 pounds. I've also kept 45 pounds off for two decades (insert mind-blown emoji here) and run a few full marathons.

There are so many similarities between food, exercise and money. The discipline it takes to make good decisions is the same. I've had many struggles with food and money.
Having an abundance mindset has helped me the most in recent years.
"I don't have to eat this food right now, I know that there will be more food available later."
"I don't have to spend this money right away, I know that it will wait for me in my bank account until I'm ready." "I won't go into debt for this, I will save up and pay cash." "I have plenty, I have all I need."
If changing your mindset around life interests you, set up a chat with me, I would love to talk with you about you. https://calendly.com/smithfc1210/coffee-and-chat
